GALERVATRI presents itself with the rehabilitation and promotion of a vacant building, from the 1930s, in a prime area of the city center of Viseu. It is a contemporary conversion that maintains the original body and expands with a new minimal volume, in a total of six housing fractions, with T2/T3/T4 typologies. All dwellings have private covered areas with terraces and balconies, laundry areas, storage and parking spaces.
